[Bug 27117] New: Staff without modify_holds_priority permission can't update hold pick-up from biblio
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 11 Feb '21

11 Feb '21

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27117 Bug ID: 27117 Summary: Staff without modify_holds_priority permission can't update hold pick-up from biblio Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Hold requests Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: mfuerst(a)hmcpl.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com Created attachment 114060 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=114060&action=e… screenshot of error when trying to open the drop-down menu for pick-up location on record details page This is perhaps related to Bug 18729. Prior to 20.05.05, staff without the modify_holds_priority permission were able to update the pick-up location for a hold from the record details page, but not the patron's details or checkouts pages. Staff now see an error (see attached screenshot) when they open the drop-down menu, and when they click "close", the dialog box keeps popping up. I counted 30 times before I was able to (I think?) click away so that it didn't regenerate. This needs to be fixed, and ultimately, Bug 18729 really needs to be addressed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

The 'add' button works perfectly for the first page or results, but if you navigate to the second page, or filter/search the the table and find an item from a subsequent page, the add button does nothing. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. The array containing the targets is constructed then embedded in the page template and, since the string is enclosed in unescaped single apostrophes, things fall over. [Bug 26956] New: Allow "Show checkouts/fines to guarantor" to be set without a guarantor saved
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 11 Feb '21

11 Feb '21

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=26956 Bug ID: 26956 Summary: Allow "Show checkouts/fines to guarantor" to be set without a guarantor saved Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com With AllowStaffToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor and AllowStaffToSetFinesVisibilityForGuarantor set to Allow, one can only see the controls for these values in the patron record *after* the patron has been saved with a guarantor. That makes a frustrating 2-step process. We should be able to set those values regardless of whether or not there is currently a guarantor on the account. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
