This failure does not generate any sort of error message, it just fails to produce a message. This bug is complicated by a couple things: - When setting up an EAN, the user is forced to select a branch. There is not an option for all branches. - When creating a basket, the branch defaults to the library the user is currently logged into. OverduesBlockCheckout has an option to 'ask for confirmation'. When checking out to a patron with any overdue items, the prompt to confirm comes up for each and every item you check out.
