[Bug 1993] Task Scheduler Needs Re-write
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 07 Aug '20

07 Aug '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=1993 --- Comment #55 from David Cook <dcook(a)prosentient.com.au> --- In essence, it would be useful if the input/output of the task scheduler was via RabbitMQ. I have some experimenting to do on optimal use of message queues for different models of communication. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug. [Bug 1993] Task Scheduler Needs Re-write
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 07 Aug '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=1993 --- Comment #54 from David Cook <dcook(a)prosentient.com.au> --- I'm actually feeling pretty inspired by this project at the moment: https://github.com/walmartlabs/bigben It's way beyond anything we'd need with Koha, but it has some interesting ideas. I especially like the "Event Inflow diagram". -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the QA Contact for the bug.

[Bug 21268] New: Can’t add to basket from staged file if base-level allocated is zero
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 07 Aug '20

07 Aug '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=21268 Bug ID: 21268 Summary: Can’t add to basket from staged file if base-level allocated is zero Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 17.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: trivial Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: r.delahunty(a)arts.ac.uk QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org We recently carried out fiscal period close, and as we are not permitted to move remaining unspent funds we ended up with negative amounts in Total Available (due to open orders rolling forward into the new fiscal period, of course). We did not get around to adding any amounts so all Base-level allocated amounts remained zero. Since the fiscal period close we have been able to add to baskets using options OTHER than from a staged file. Selecting this option sees the Fund dropdown box (in the Default Accounting Details tab) not effective. We cannot see any of the funds. Once base-level allocated amounts are increased from zero this problem vanishes- funds are visible and selectable in the Fund pull-down. This is not a major problem, but it is a puzzle that this problem only appears with the stage file option. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 5428] Back to results after deleting a record
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 07 Aug '20

07 Aug '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5428 Nick Clemens <nick(a)bywatersolutions.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |nick(a)bywatersolutions.com --- Comment #12 from Nick Clemens <nick(a)bywatersolutions.com> --- (In reply to Martin Renvoize from comment #9) > This now works as described so I'm signing off.. > > However, I wonder if it might be nicer reverse the logic and redirect back > to the search results by default instead of redirected to advanced search > and displaying a button to get to the prior results... I agree, it sent me down a path of adding this in other places, but I think we should file a new bug. If my follow-up looks good I am of the mindset to call this one a good enhancement after 10 years of waiting, and to do further enhancements on the next one. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. Also it keeps the "browser" when all items are deleted from a bibliographic record Test plan: - Start a new search - Select a record with items - Delete all the items => You still see the browser - Delete the record => You are back to the adv search form but we new link "Go back to the results" is present at the top of the page Limitation: As we delete the record we do not longer know the offset, we are back to the first page of the result list Signed-off-by: Martin Renvoize <martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com> Signed-off-by: Nick Clemens <nick(a)bywatersolutions.com> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
