[Bug 12580] DataTables overflow their container elements
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 19 Jan '21

19 Jan '21

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12580 Martin Renvoize <martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |martin.renvoize@ptfs-europe | |.com --- Comment #5 from Martin Renvoize <martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com> --- I tried a fairly global solution to this on bug 25242 which promptly got reverted when we found it had far-reaching effects and not enough time to fix all issues. I still think it's the way forward personally.. but we will need to work through each table fixing issues. The solution was to make tables fixed width and then use break-words to wrap. [Bug 8287] Improve filter on checked out from overdues
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 19 Jan '21

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=8287 Owen Leonard <oleonard(a)myacpl.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attachment #114438|0 |1 is obsolete| | --- Comment #7 from Owen Leonard <oleonard(a)myacpl.org> --- Created attachment 115335 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=115335&action=e… Bug 8287: Improve "show checked out items" filter on the overdues report The "Show any items currently checked out" was confusing, especially if the "From" and "To" due date filters were passed. This patch moves the checkbox close to the 2 other filters and show/hide the due date filters when needed. Test plan: 0. Have some overdue 1. Search for overdues 2. Confirm that the filters are shown/hidden depending on the status of the checkbox 3. Fill "To" with a date, tick the checkbox, submit the form => Confirm that the date was not taken into account Signed-off-by: Owen Leonard <oleonard(a)myacpl.org> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 25445] New: Avoid use of "item" when not talking about items (holdings)
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 19 Jan '21

19 Jan '21

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=25445 Bug ID: 25445 Summary: Avoid use of "item" when not talking about items (holdings) Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Keywords: Academy Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: I18N/L10N Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: frederic(a)tamil.fr In translation we don't have a lot of context to work from. At the most, we see the file a string comes from, but that is not always helpful. There are certain words that can be used in English in different contexts, but would require different translations in other languages. Item is such an example. It would be nice if we could avoid using items when we are not talking about holdings. These two strings listed below refer to when selecting no 'item' for adding to a list/cart from the result list: koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/js_includes.inc: var MSG_NO_RECORD_SELECTED = _("No item was selected"); koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/opac-bottom.inc: var MSG_NO_RECORD_SELECTED = _("No item was selected"); Maybe we could use - no record - no title - no search result entry ? instead. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
