Here's the SQL instruction: SELECT biblio.biblionumber AS 'Bib. Record No.', biblio.author AS 'Author', biblio.title AS 'Title' FROM biblio WHERE biblio.frameworkcode = <<Which framework?|biblio_framework>> ORDER BY biblio.biblionumber ASC This instruction yields a report in the website. But when I check the Download button and/or when I select a new page" in a multipage list AND the choosen framework is the default, the downloaded list is empty excepting for the list headers. This happens to all three download file options: CSV, TAB, and ODS. In contrast, when another framework is choosen, the downloaded list includes all the findings; and list continues onto the next page when another page number is choosen. Please guide me to resolve this issue. Eg. First copy barcode is: JR004141 Second copy barcode is:JR004142 | JR004141 Third copy barcode is: JR004143 | JR004141 Fourth copy barcode is:JR004144 | JR004141 Fifth copy barcode is: JR004145 | JR004141 Kindly guide how to avoid additional string. If an order made from a suggestion is canceled, it will stay in the suggestions management with the "ordered" status. We must delete the suggestion or change his status in a second step to correct the situation, if you forgot to do it and have many suggestions on your list, it can be very confusing. Therefore, it will be interesting to have a link between the canceled orders and suggestions management, some kind of an "Auto-changing status for suggestions that the order is canceled". Here is the path to check this bug : 1) Go in the Acquisitions 2) Create a suggestion that isn't in your library. 3) Select your new suggestion and mark it as "accepted". 4) Select a vendor and create a basket (or select an existing one). 5) Clic on "add to basket" and select "from a suggestion". 6) Find your suggestion and clic on "+Order" at the right 7) In the new order page, clic on "Add item", select a fund and save it. 8) Clic on "cancel order" at the right and clic on Ok. 9) Go to suggestions 10) Observe that in Suggestion management you will continue to see your suggestion in the "Ordered" tab... Back in 2012, a similar patch (see bug #5346) was proposed and tested to link them but it seems this was never incorporated into the master. It would be better if the status could be switched automatically to another custom or pre-defined status, so that those would not remain in "ordered" forever. These are hard to spot for libraries when one has been missed. At the moment you have to create a report on suggestions with a biblionumber and status ordered where the biblionumber no longer exists in aqordres, as it appears to be removed from the order when the record is deleted (also not good). This is an extremely useful chart and one that would benefit from being in the manual as well. If a user went to the log viewer page in the Staff Interface, it would be nice if they did need help, the "Help" button would bring them to the manual where the instructions on how to use the log viewer and the handy chart information could live together. In that result list there is a button "ausleihe" (borrow) next to the item we want to checkout. When clicking on that there is an error 500. The item is then borrowed by the user (so everything is correct), but the page still shows error 500. I think its suppused to redirect to the borrowed page of that user.. see attachement. To reproduce: have an installation of Koha with IndependentBranches on. Be a librarian without superlibrarian rights. Try to generate the report about late orders (.../cgi-bin/koha/acqui/lateorders.pl). You should get an error 500 page. In log you should find something like: ... DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Unknown column 'branchcode' in 'where clause' at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Objects.pm line 417: /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/acqui/lateorders.pl, referer: ... This is due to: ( C4::Context->preference('IndependentBranches') && !C4::Context->IsSuperLibrarian ? ( 'borrower.branchcode' => C4::Context->userenv->{branch} ) : () ), from Koha/Acquisition/Orders::filter_by_lates (line ~128) Changing borrower.branchcode into borrowers.branchcode (borrowerS -- missing 's' at the end) does not correct the issue. The borrower.branchcode was to substitue the C4::Acquisition::GetLateOrders function, but something went wrong... The problem was found in 21.11, but it seems that it is still present in the master (as of November 12th, 2022). Unfortunately, I'm not able to fix it at the moment.
