Note that the staff interface form displays correctly. To replicate: 1. In the staff interface, create a public list (for example, from a search for perl). 2. In the OPAC, view the list and select the 'Send list' option. 3. I narrowed it down to the fact we store the new patron object but don't then discard changes to get the autoincremented new borrowernumber so we were sending blank ID's to GePreparedLetter. Something like what we have over in classsources.pl for creating and testing a regex splitting rule -- a place to put in some sample text to apply your regex to for matching/substitution to make sure it works as intended.
