Note that the staff interface form displays correctly. To replicate: 1. In the staff interface, create a public list (for example, from a search for perl). 2. In the OPAC, view the list and select the 'Send list' option. 3. I narrowed it down to the fact we store the new patron object but don't then discard changes to get the autoincremented new borrowernumber so we were sending blank ID's to GePreparedLetter.
