If we use a NotForLoan value of a negative number, the item does allow holds and shows in opac-search.pl with the status "On Order." There's an assumption here that items that don't allow holds will always be reference, which isn't always the case. Run the report and click the 'Batch modify' button. This causes an internal server error with the following error message: Can't call method "title" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/tools/batchMod.pl line 583. Whenether i enter cyrillic symbols in search, first page results are fine, but the generated HTML page has wrong value in pagination.
