Currently this is not possible, as we have search options for every single status and one for "any except cancelled", but no "Any status" option. This patch adds the "Any status" option. The sometimes appearing empty entry is updated to "Any status except cancelled" as this is what it does. Testing data: * Requires multiple order lines with different order status * Must include at least one order line with status 'cancelled' To test: * Go to acquisitions * Open the advanced search page from the top search options: Order search > config icon > Advanced search link * Verify the status pull down looks as described above * Apply patch * Verify there is now an "Any status" option in the pull down * Try searches for different status, including "Any status" * Verify the results are as expected * Create a new basket * Create an order line by 'From an existing order (copy)' * Verify the search form there also works as expected Signed-off-by: Michaela Sieber <michaela.sieber(a)kit.edu> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

But when the system preference item-level_itypes is set we don't want that. We often use a different authorized value category for biblioitems.itemtype so the values stored there are not appropriate as a default for items.itype. In the description of the SIP2 protocol, this field is described as follows: "sort bin - CL - variable-length field. This field should contain a bin number that indicates how the items should be sorted. The maximum practical number of sort bins for a patron using 3M SelfCheck system is probably only 3 or 4, but many digits are allowed to accommodate some sort of fantastic sorting device using a hierarchical bin numbering scheme." I have a customer who wants to use this field to display messages on the screen of self service machines that tell users to put items in a separate bin based on itemtype, location etc. The idea is to add a syspref that can contain something like this: itemtype:ILL:1 location:CLOSEDSTACKS:2 - The first field is an item field. - The second field is a value to look for in the given item field - The third field is the value given to the CL field in the SIP2 Checkin Response if the value in the second field matches the item on hand. It should also be possible to set the CL field for items that need to be transferred after they have been returned, that is for items that are returned at another library than the homebranch. This will probably be another syspref. This is one of the bottlenecks when using AC in development / customization. You should be able to define your own named blocks. This is reported already in some way or the other. We should prevent to have a very long list of names in the AC popup in the end. Maybe make a difference between 'system' entries and other ones? But I dont think that the need for a more generic approach is a blocker for this one.
