When using auto-completion and selecting a result it would be logical to set operator "exact" and submit form. This enhancement would provide an option to place multiple item-group holds for the same record. An example use case could be a patron wants to place a hold on volume 4, 5, and 6. Current functionality in 17.05: Auto-renewal is enabled for specific user and item type combinations. This user has fines in excess of that specified in OPACFineNoRenewalBlockAutoRenewal This user has an item due today, and others due at various times in the future, some many weeks ahead. When the auto-renewal job runs today, Koha is sending an AUTO_RENEWAL email to this user for each of the items on loan, warning that each has failed automatic renewal. Desired functionality in 17.05: When the auto-renewal job runs, Koha should only send an AUTO_RENEWAL failure email to the user for item(s) due for automatic renewal today. Other items are still validly on loan and are not due for renewal. The user is being contacted multiple times unnecessarily and this can be confusing. When adding a child record through host record, Koha currently selects the default MARC framework and a librarian must manually change to the child record framework. This Bug adds a parent-child relationship to MARC frameworks and aims to skip the manual step of selecting child record framework. The goal is to automatically select child MARC framework when adding child record through the host record. To reproduce problem: Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework 1. Create framework with frameworkcode "A" 2. Create framework with frameworkcode "A-child" Record view 1. Save record with framework "A" 2. Navigate to a record 3. Click "+ New", a drop-down opens 4. Click "New child record" 5. After add biblio form opens, click "Settings" 6. Observe default framework selected 7. You must manually select "A-child framework" After this change, To test: Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework 1. Create framework with frameworkcode "A" 2. When using the Issue Credit - CASH option from the Accounting Module, an Internal Server Error will occur. 1. Turn on Cash Registers 2. Set up a Cash Register for branch A 3. Log into Branch B and try to issue credit with CASH - this will not work and give an ISE. Other options, such as Check, Credit card, etc will work but not the option for Cash. Understandably, it is because there is not a place for the cash to come from if no cash register is enabled.
