To replicate: -Create one or more item groups for a bib if needed -Create a new item, and at the bottom of the 'Add item' screen, select the item group to which you want this item added. It is with in a #toolbar. -Holds waiting past their expiration date includes a 'Cancel selected' and a 'Cancel all' button. None are within a #toolbar. The 'Cancel selected' here lacks a Bootstrap .btn class. The 'Cancel all' button does have a .btn class. -Holds with cancellation requests has neither a 'Cancel selected' or a 'Cancel all' button. To recreate: 1. Check out an item to a patron from library A 2. Give permissions to a patron from library B (example of a circulation staff account) - circulate - catalogue - borrowers - reserveforothers - updatecharges - suggestions - lists - clubs -> enroll 3. If necessary, change the username and password of that staff member in order to be able to log in 4. In a private browser window, log in as the staff member 5. View the record with the checked out item --> Notice that it only says "Checked out" without any patron name 6. Back in the normal browser, give the additional permission "edit_any_item" to the staff member 7. Refresh the page in the private window (Ctrl+F5) --> Notice the name of the patron now appears I don't think not having the option to edit items from any library should impact the visibility of patron information. This should be managed by view_borrower_infos_from_any_libraries. Set up autorenewals bu adjusting circulation rules: 'Automatic renewal' -> 'Yes' 'No automatic renewal before' -> 5 2. Set 'AutoRenewalNotices' to 'according to patron messaging preferences'. 3. Set an AUTO_RENEWALS and AUTO_RENEWALS_DGST notice to include branch info. I am using this to test: Branchcode: [% branch.branchcode %] Branch name: [% branch.branchname %] Branch address: [% branch.branchaddress1 %] Branch address2: [% IF branch.branchaddress2 %][% branch.branchaddress2 %][% END %] Branch city: [% branch.branchcity %], [% branch.branchstate %] [% branch.branchzip %] 4. Make sure your branch has the proper infro. filled out in Libraries administration. 5. Find a patron and adjust the messaging preferences so they receive automatic renewal notices. Also make sure the patron has an email. 5. Check out some items and make them due with the next 5 days. 6. Run the automatic_renewal cron job: perl /kohadevbox/koha/misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -c -v 7.
