"This system preference can also be used to only display the not for loan status. To do so, enter ONLYMESSAGE on the right of the colon. For example -1: ONLYMESSAGE This will simply show the label for -1 without changing the status." This is not true because ONLYMESSAGE works only with system preference UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin. The incorrect info is at least in 23.11 and 24.05 manuals. https://koha-community.org/manual/24.05/en/html/circulationpreferences.html… (If you add ONLYMESSAGE to the UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckout syspref, the notforloan status is removed from the item and the change is not recorded to action_logs when you checkout the item. Prior to 24.05: 1. Set timeout to something low for testing. 2. Checkout some items 3. Go to check in screen, wait until you are sure that you'll be timed out. 4. Check an item in 5. You will be forced to login back in, once you've done so the action completes.
