To replicate: 1. Go to Administration > Catalog > MARC bibliographic framework. 2. Select the MARC structure for any framework. 3. Choose any tag, then select Actions > Edit subfields. 4. I just ran into this coming form the acq module and trying to get back the search bar on top for a quick catalog search. I clicked search and ended up in circulation - but I had expected the catalog search.
