Prior to this bug patrons could eb marked as expired without setting this pref, now it requires a value. Causing CheckReserves to find no reserves, skipping creation of a new transfer. Easy fix forthcoming Note that it took me hours to find this bug. If I have a patron with over 50 items, all items are displaying on that tab when 'Showing last 50 items' should be active by default.
