The claimed item may or may not stay in the patron's checkouts based on the settings in the MarkLostItemsAsReturned system preference. The item's lost status will not always be updated when claimed. Since Bug 27919, when an item already has a lost status prior to being claimed its lost status does not change when claimed. For example, if staff look for a patron with the name of "John Smith" the autocomplete feature will show the first 10 results of patrons with the name "John Smith" or similar names like "Johnny Smith". However, if they search for a name such as "Mary Maryilyn" the search will not pull up the correct patron. The autocomplete will pull up names with "Mary" or "Maryilyn" but not the name itself. Falling back to the hardcoded 'IL'." Warning System preference 'ILLOpacUnauthenticatedRequest' must be '0' or '1', but is ''. So it looks like update database sets them wrongly?
