by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 02 Mar '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41966 Bug ID: 41966 Summary: Add Note Capability to "Write Off All" Function Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: sbaker(a)aclsys.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Created attachment 194344 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=194344&action=e… Screenshot of "Write off all" pop-up. Currently, staff can add a note when selecting "Write off selected" or by editing each item individually after the write-off. However, there is no option to add a note when using "Write off all" It would be helpful to have the ability to add a note at the time of using the "Write off all" function, to ensure consistent documentation and save staff time. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 41951] New: Table settings for courses reserves not working in the staff interface

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41951 Bug ID: 41951 Summary: Table settings for courses reserves not working in the staff interface Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Course reserves Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: koha(a)collecto.ca QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org The course reserve table configuration no longer works with the 25.05 version of Koha. When a column is hidden from the notices table configuration, the changes are not reflected in the table. Test plan: Hide some columns for the course reserves table in the configuration's table Define a course, add 1+ items Go to the staff interface, "Course reserves" Notice that the hidden columns are still visible Thanks, Patrick. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 32266] New: Large amount of late orders slows the service

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=32266 Bug ID: 32266 Summary: Large amount of late orders slows the service Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: emmi.takkinen(a)koha-suomi.fi QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Almost all our library consortiums have large amounts of late orders. Smallest amount is around 2000, but largest is over 25000. Even with batch of 2000 orders, lateorders.pl takes over 40 seconds to open. Handling larger batches eventually leads to a Proxy error. One (quite easy imo) way to speed up fetching late orders is to add a syspref to set default value for late order filter "Order date: [] days ago". -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 14962] Temp Shelving Location / On Display Module

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14962 --- Comment #120 from Martin Renvoize (ashimema) <martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk> --- Created attachment 194322 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=194322&action=e… Bug 14962: (QA follow-up) Fix silent failures and dead code in DisplaysResource Two issues in DisplaysResource.vue: 1. The error handlers for create() and update() in onFormSave were empty, so API failures (422, 500, etc.) produced no feedback to the user. Use the already-injected setError to show an error message. 2. An empty onBeforeMount(() => {}) lifecycle hook with its corresponding import was left over from development. Remove the dead code. Use Koha::DateUtils::dt_from_string, which is the standard Koha convention and is consistent with every other date comparison in this feature. The comment said "displays permission" but bit 0 is the superlibrarian flag. The displays module is userflags bit 33, so use flags => 2**33 to actually test that the displays flag grants access. https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14962 --- Comment #115 from Martin Renvoize (ashimema) <martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk> --- Created attachment 194316 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=194316&action=e… Bug 14962: (QA follow-up) Change branch/itype FK on displays to ON DELETE SET NULL The foreign keys from displays.display_branch, display_holding_branch, and display_itype used ON DELETE CASCADE, which would silently delete entire displays when an admin removes a branch or item type. These columns are optional configuration references, not ownership relationships (all are nullable DEFAULT NULL). Use ON DELETE SET NULL so the display is preserved and the reference is simply cleared, which is consistent with how items.homebranch references branches. Update atomicupdate, kohastructure.sql, and the DBIC schema to match.
