Following on from bug 42594, it appears that a full review of the mappings for these links would be beneficial. As the Documentation team has added more content to the Manual, some Help links could be made more specific, while some pages are missing entirely. These are preventing import_biblios rows from being added to the system, although import_records rows are still being added.
