It is not showing the correct outstanding balance. The problem is that fine was not marked paid when the credit was added. So as far as koha knows there is a credit and an unpaid fine. Its the amountoutstanding on both those charges that it cares about. So im going to close this bug, the display is right, the actual bug is that adding the credit/payment didnt zero or at least depreciate the fine. On the OPAC side, opac/opac-renew.pl is tiny, just 22 lines. And it does not seem to require the user to log in, or have any Auth at all.
