Confusing, because I was trying to reproduce a bug where the OPAC holds interface gave me this message: "Sorry, you cannot place more than ARRAY(0x8ea1504) holds." The holds interface should 1) show the status of the item (withdrawn and damaged are not displayed); and 2) block item-level reserves of withdrawn items.
