If a book accidentally was not checked in and put on the shelf, then the previous patron is still being fined. Of course, this could be a ploy for a patron who knows this to put a book back on the shelf to avoid a fine, although not if the book is never checked out again, or until the patron who tried to trick the system needs to check more books out. The real problem is that acq receiving wasn't populating itemcallnumber. The CSV is not ignoring commas in the actual field data (like in author names) and it's not respecting blank fields, etc. In addition, if possible to fix, the fact that only the first page of a report shows to the screen is a bit limiting.
