Note that patch is not entirely complete - there are no code changes to opac-ISBDdetail.pl to match the changes to the ISBD template. In the meantime, until this unimplemented messaging option is deleted, could someone pst an sql report which will give me a list of patrons who have opted in to Upcoming Event messages? Then I can add them to our separate library news email list which actually works.
