This is not consistently happening. It happened 4 times for me today and then I tried to do a video and it worked. They would also like a “Cancel All” button on the same tab. It would make this task more efficient for the customer. Currently, we are having at least 15 to 20 holds expire each day and to have to click “Cancel Hold” for each one is long and tedious. For searches returning <100 results, this isn't a problem, but for searches returning hundreds or thousands of results, going to each page and choosing "Select all" is not really practical. When calculating the due date the loan period should be extended by one day *only* if the due date would otherwise fall on the holiday date. Since books allready have barcodes on them, we can't change it.
