I think it just happens when a suggestion is submitted. I suggest that we add an option to the enhanced messaging options for the patron to decide if they get those emails. Another suggestion is that the library have an on off toggle to decide if they're sent. Chat log below for more info. Place a hold on an item with a pickup library different from the one at which you're logged in. 2. Check in the item. You should see a message like that shown in the attached image. Confirm the hold. 3. Check in the item again. You should see a message like that shown in the second attachment, "Hold message upon second checkin." Confirm. 4. Check in the item again. You will see no hold confirmation message at all.
