The URL should only list the record number 12345. (Currently, the complete field is copied into the URL and therefore it is not working.) Revised patch 5622 corrected this for the host entry (773) in staff client and included generic XSLT code to resolve the problem. This followup patch will build upon the generic code in the Utils.xsl and include calls to that routine at the OPAC side. I suggest to move this value to a new system preference. If this pref should not exist, the old hardcoded value could still be used. Furthermore, the default for position 14 (heading use: main or added entry) should be dependent on the authority type. For CHRON_TERM, GENRE/FORM and TOPIC_TERM, it should be b (not appropriate) instead of a (appropriate).
