Enter brief record in Aquisitions basket 2. Receive items in Aquisitions 3. Cataloger pulls in full record 4. Merge full record and Acq record Now, if you do this and choose the new full record as your base record then you end up losing the connection to the order line because in essence the bib record that was on that order has been deleted. We need some sort of check in place to prevent this from happening. Even though you don't see the edit and delete links next to the items on this page: /cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?biblionumber=509 you can click on an item and the edit and delete links show up - once that happens you can click edit and when you go to edit the item it forces the branch to be changed to yours - all bad things.
