It shouldn't, but the Check_Userid($newdata{'userid'},$borrowernumber) -check must have it. AFTER THIS PATCH: Check_Userid() is not called when modifying or saving partial borrower properties. DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Duplicate entry '' for key 'userid' at /srv/jenkins/workspace/Koha_3.18.x_U14/C4/SQLHelper.pm line 184. etc. This is caused by my $borrowernumber1 = AddMember(categorycode => $categorycode, branchcode => $branchcode); And then in the AddMember sub we do $data{'userid'} = Generate_Userid( $data{'borrowernumber'}, $data{'firstname'}, $data{'surname'} ) if ( $data{'userid'} eq '' || !Check_Userid( $data{'userid'} ) ); The problem here is if $data{'userid'} is undef the if fails and we don't create a new userid. See http://paste.koha-community.org/184 for a paste from running 'bash -x koha-disable". Some perl pages may be launched from commandline, like tools/export.pl. Also, the script gather_print_notices.pl uses C4::Templates. The problem is that when script is launched from Apache, the Unix owner of cache files will be www-data. When script is launched from commandline, like in a cronjob, the Unix owner will be different (like a user named "koha"), causing a crash because cache files can only be read by its owner. I propose not to use the template cache if perl script is called from commandline. To reproduce: 1. Search for some biblio records and choose one without items attached. 2. Note that there, must be "Return to search results" box on left side, bug works in that case, when in normal view everything work fine. 3. Click Edit->Delete record, watch that confirmation box shows, but don't wait for OK and runs immediately. If you are fast enough to click OK, then you get error as below, because record was deleted earlier.
