The page requires borrowers to access but the menu item is still shown to users who do not have the borrowers permission. >From statistics.pl we see: flagsrequired => {borrowers => 1}, No permissions are currently checked. The YUI library files are now six years old and unsupported. It's time to figure out some way to update basket grouping behavior without using YUI. The jQueryUI distribution we use already includes the Sortable interaction (http://jqueryui.com/sortable/) which may offer an alternative solution without requiring that we add additional JavaScript dependencies. However, I'm not familiar enough with it (or with basket groups) to know for sure. I hope someone can work on this. For instance, branchcode was saved in the B_phone field, etc. I tested in current master (3.17.00.27), but could *happily* not reproduce. The problem can date from before 3.14 though. Workaround is to effectively avoid loading the parcel.pl by opening pages into new tabs.
