Create report with some uf8 characters in columns names, for example. SELECT b.cardnumber AS "Číslo průkazky", b.firstname AS "Křestní jméno", b.surname AS "Příjmení", bb.author AS "Autor", bb.title AS "Název" FROM borrowers b JOIN issues i ON b.borrowernumber = i.borrowernumber JOIN items it ON i.itemnumber = it.itemnumber JOIN biblio bb ON bb.biblionumber = it.biblionumber (It's in Czech, I apologize ;-) ) 2. Run the report and you see, that columns names are bad encoded. 3. It was reported as a problem for a link to an e-book in the EBSCO Ebooks database. When you click on the link, it eventually resolves to the search interface of another one of our EBSCO databases (Alt HealthWatch). Could this be a proxy issue? The reporter is using EZProxy. It didn't seem to affect URLs connection to e-books for ebrary, Taylor & Francis, or Oxford.
