It was discussed on the mailing list that following RFC5988 [1] proposal for Link headers was desirable. There is no connection to the routing list feature at all - so the name is confusing to a lot of people, even if the hint in the subscription form is correct already. Not all libraries has a relation > 1 to days and suspensions, for example now it is not possible to define 7 days of suspension for every 14.
