The manual states the settings should instead be: - AllowMultipleCovers - LocalCoverImages - OPACLocalCoverImages There is no option listed at all for Coce Cover images cache. This issue has been observed to disappear when the language is switched to en from en-nz for the staff interface. Set the shelving location to the location set in step 1. 3) Go to the OPAC and search for the record. See that the item in the location you chose in step 1 is not showing. 4) Go to place a hold on a specific item in this record on the OPAC. When you are shown the list of items to choose from, notice that you can now see the suppressed item. These records were merged, and the system held on to both holds! I am not sure how you would go about preventing this from happening, except maybe check if any kind of hold exists on both records with the same borrower number and stop the merge so the staff member could go and remove one.
