Currently it does nothing. When adding a new item, clicking the ... will populate the dateaccessioned field with today's date. 1. Edit Items 2. if item has value in 'd' subfield, click the ellipses ... 3. nothing will happen (Note: the field can still be manually edited) 4. if the item has no value in 'd' subfield click the ellipses ... 5. field will autopopulate with today's date. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. Need to limit to items that are actually available for loan excluding checked out, damaged, or not for loan. There is a related bug 9810 that has some work being done on it. Then for existing installations keep the current behaviour and for new installations (default setting) use the 'smaller' index.
