They think they are able to renew their books but in fact they aren't allowed to do this. The problem is when the "OpacRenewalAllowed" is disabled, these buttons stay there and/or keep the same appearance. The maximum fine per loan has been accumulated (5 GBP). BlockReturnOfLostItems set to Block Item is checked in – check in is blocked as required however the Longoverdue (Lost) status is removed.
