[Bug 10352] Cataloguing log search mixing itemnumber/bibnumber
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 26 Nov '19

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10352 Kelly McElligott <kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com --- Comment #19 from Kelly McElligott <kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com> --- I have gone through the test plan, and I would like to understand step 10 a bit more. From the user's perspective, go to the modification log from one bib (bib 59) and see you are getting bib# x and Item #y, but then hitting Submit (never leaving the log page) will retrieve results will get a different "object". No other parameters changed in the system log filter such as Module, Object, Action. How would the user understand the difference? There is a lot of logic that is happening behind the scenes that the user doesn't know. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 11500] Use dateformat syspref and datepicker on additems.pl (and other item cataloguing pages)
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 26 Nov '19

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11500 Owen Leonard <oleonard(a)myacpl.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attachment #95732|0 |1 is obsolete| | --- Comment #3 from Owen Leonard <oleonard(a)myacpl.org> --- Created attachment 95824 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=95824&action=ed… Bug 11500: Use dateformat syspref and datepicker on additems.pl (and other item cataloguing pages) This patch modifies the cataloging plugin dateaccessioned.pl so that it triggers the addition of a datepicker widget to fields it is linked with. Despite its name the plugin can be used on any item field which requires a date. To test, apply the patch and make sure you have one or more item subfields linked to the dateaccessioned.pl plugin. For instance, in MARC21: - Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> MARC structure -> 952 -> Edit subfields: - subfields d ("Date acquired") and w ("Price effective from"): - Other options -> Plugin -> dateaccessioned.pl - Go to cataloging and add or edit an item on a bibliographic record - The "Date acquired" and "Price effective from" fields should be styled as datepickers. - Clicking in these fields should populate the field with today's date and trigger the datepicker popup. - Test that all the datepicker features work correctly. - Test that manual entry of a date works. - With the AcqCreateItem system preference set to "placing an order," go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Add to basket. - Add a title to your basket using your preferred method. - In the "New order" form, find the section for adding an item. - Test the "Date acquired" and "Price effective from" fields, which should behave just like they did in the cataloging module. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 9993] On editing basket group delivery place resets to logged in branch
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 26 Nov '19

These fields shouldn't reset to the logged-in user's home branch just because they have an empty value. To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups. When adding or editing a basket group the pre-selected value for "Billing place" and "Delivery place" should be correct: - When creating a new basket group: The logged-in user's library should be pre-selected. - When editing a basket group which has a library defined for either the billing or delivery places, the correct library should be pre-selected. - When editing a basket group which has no library defined for either the billing or delivery place there should be no library pre-selected (the "--" option should be pre-selected). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
