The click event listener is currently only created if the AllowRenewalLimitOverride syspref is turned on, I think it needs adapting so it is created if the AllowRenewalLimitOverride OR AllowRenewalOnHoldOverride sysprefs are turned on. Actually, looking again, I think this is a misunderstanding on my part. The "Override renewal restrictions" checkbox is displayed if the user has AllowRenewalLimitOverride OR AllowRenewalOnHoldOverride. But the click listener is only created if the user has AllowRenewalLimitOverride, which I think is incorrect. I think it needs adapting so it is created if the user has AllowRenewalLimitOverride OR AllowRenewalOnHoldOverride. Katrin, I've also added the biblio-title include to places where it's logical to use it and wasn't before. E.g. it makes no sense to display subtitle for checkouts but not for article requests, so I've done my best to unify the related displays.
