We experience time out error messages when using the the batch item delete tool. Basically when attempting to delete anything more than approx 5,000 records. This has happen in the past and we were recently upgraded to 19.11. This means if you do a search and then want to scan a barcode into "Check out", "Check in", or "Renew", you first have to manually clear the search terms. This is inconsistent with how the header search boxes work overall. For instance, if you do a "Check out", it doesn't retain the value used to search.
