[Bug 25217] New: Allow user to define default label layout and template
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 29 Sep '20

29 Sep '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=25217 Bug ID: 25217 Summary: Allow user to define default label layout and template Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Label/patron card printing Assignee: cnighswonger(a)foundations.edu Reporter: andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org When exporting labels, the layout and template dropdowns currently default to whichever options come first alphabetically. This creates an annoyance for libraries where most of the labels they print use other selections. It'd be helpful to have some mechanism to make those dropdowns default to something else. Maybe a flag that can be set on one layout and one template? Or a display order field in the layout and template tables? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 23191] New: Administrators should be able to install plugins from the command line
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 29 Sep '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=23191 Bug ID: 23191 Summary: Administrators should be able to install plugins from the command line Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Command-line Utilities Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: robin(a)catalyst.net.nz Target Milestone: --- Some support companies would prefer to now allow end users to install new plugins. Prior to bug 21073 this was mostly possible by enabling plugins in the config but making the plugin path read only to the apache user. In this way users could not upload new plugins, but support providers could add plugins at the users request. This did have the caveat that 'install', 'update' and 'remove' routines in the plugin would not be called. With bug 21073 we must run through the InstallPlugins method to populate the relevant database tables so we should add a command line script that would allow administrators to run this once they had manually added plugin code to the correct paths. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. Create an Adult Patron 2. Create a New Patron - choosing a Child category 3. Add Surname, First Name, search for Guarantor in database- choose Guarantor. 4. Guarantor's address does not populate for Child Account. The way to do this which does work: 1. Create an Adult Patron 2. Click Add Child from Adult Patron's form. 3. Add surname, First name of Child 4. See the Guarantor's address is populated already. Can we adjust it so the first way works as the second way does? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

From an Adult Account, choose Add Guarantee 2. On the Guarantee's account, you will see the Guarantor's information already linked to the guarantee's account. Currently 19.11 1. From an Adult Account , choose Add Guarantee 2. On the Guarantee's account, Koha is asking for staff to search and apply the guarantor to the record, although the guarantor is where this process started. 3. If staff do not look up and attach the guarantor to the new guarantee account, Koha will save account without linking. >From https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14570 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
