It would be great if we could separate it out and let staff only add purchase suggestions. Many of our branches have staff enter in any purchase suggestions on the staff side using the "Purchase Suggestions" tab when checking out a patron, but don't want them to have the ability to go manage other ones. 12219 Can help some with that by limiting to branch, but if we could also have the ability to only add and not manage, that would be helpful here. If a user chooses to Write Off under the Actions button, then a specific amount can be written off as opposed to the full line item's amount. However, if the "Write Off Selected" is chosen a specific amount can not be typed in, Koha gives an error. 1. Have a fine on a Patron's account. 2. Choose the "Write off Selected" button 3. Enter an amount less than the amount owed by the patron. 4. Koha will give a yellow box with a note "You must collect a value greater than or equal to 2.00." To test, apply the patch and run a report which will return examples of each kind of data. I used: SELECT biblio.biblionumber , biblio.title, items.itemnumber, items.itemcallnumber, items.barcode, borrowers.firstname, borrowers.surname, borrowers.borrowernumber, borrowers.cardnumber FROM issues LEFT JOIN borrowers ON borrowers.borrowernumber=issues.borrowernumber LEFT JOIN items ON issues.itemnumber=items.itemnumber LEFT JOIN biblio ON items.biblionumber=biblio.biblionumber ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT 50 When the report runs you should see that the data in each affected column is displayed as a link, each of which should trigger the correct menu. Test each case to confirm that the correct page is opened. Test the "toggle data menus" control. The behaviour of this drop-down menu should mirror that of those drop-down menus elsewhere in acquisitions, where only funds that are linked to active budgets display to the user. This patch add the active switch based on what exists in acqui/invoice.tt and acqui/invoice.pl. Looks like actually in suggestion.pl budgets list was fetches with GetBudgets(). But this is for the filter in 'Acquisition information'. Budgets selection on suggestion creation/edition must use GetBudgetHierarchy(), like in acqui/invoice.pl, in order to have the actif status. Test plan : 1) Create a budget periods active B1 with a fund F1 2) Create a budget periods inactive B2 with a fund F2 3) Go to suggestions module 4) Create a new suggestion 5) Check you see only active fund F1 6) Click on 'Show inactive' 7) Check you see also 'F2 (inactive)' 8) Choose fund F1 and save 9) Select the suggestion and edit 10) Check fund F1 is selected 11) Come back to suggestion table 12) Check filter 'Book fund' under 'Acquisition information' contains all funds Signed-off-by: David Nind <david(a)davidnind.com> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
