One idea I had was to handle that specific case and create a variable specifically for the tab's anchor text: if( $row_data{tagsubfield} eq "@" ){ $row_data{subfieldanchor} = "AT"; } else { $row_data{subfieldanchor} = $row_data{tagsubfield}; } Seems unfortunate to have to check for that one case, so maybe someone else has a better idea. To test: * Set UseBranchTransferLimits to enforce * Go to administration > library transfer limits * Pick a library, unselect all using the link on top and save * Verify that the library matching your selection is still displaying as checked You can verify that the rule actually appears in: select * from branch_transfer_limits; * Edit the rules again, unselect all and then recheck the library matching the selected library manually. To test: - Add a collection code with an umlaut or diacritic. Example: ÖÜÄ - Go to administration > library transfer limits - Verify that you cannot activate the tab of the umlaut collection I hope this is not a general issue with diacritics hiding somewhere.
