But some libraries set Koha to make users entering by the advanced search page (rather than OPAC home page). This page cannot offers the carousel because it doesn't have a space for html code. We have two ways of constructing a patron display block, patron-title.inc tt include and js-patron-format.inc for use in JS based displays. But the issues goes from Expected to Claimed and then to Arrived, the email does not send. I also tested it with other status. Only the way Expected> Arrived works. Is it normal?
