Also adding a way to avoid displaying nothing in facet for opac and client staff when using elasticsearch as SearchEngine. Test plan: 1) Do a search, like 'a' 2) Look in the bottom of the sidebar on the left and see that there is an empty language 3) Apply patch 4) Update database 5) Do the same research 6) See that there is now "No information provided" You can test translation : TESTING TRANSLATABILITY - Update a translation, e.g. fr-FR: > cd misc/translator > perl translate update fr-FR - Open the corresponding .po file for opac, e.g. misc/translator/po/fr-FR-opac-bootstrap.po - Locate strings pulled from koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/opac-facets.inc for translation, e.g.: msgid "%s%s%sNo information provided%s" msgstr "" - Edit the "msgstr" string however you want (it's just for testing), example : msgstr "%s%s%sAucune information fournie%s" Do the same for the client staff : - Open the corresponding .po file for opac, e.g. misc/translator/po/fr-FR-staff-prog.po - Locate strings pulled from koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/facets.inc for translation, e.g.: msgid "%s%s%sNo information provided%s" msgstr "" - Edit the "msgstr" string however you want (it's just for testing), example : msgstr "%s%s%sAucune information fournie%s" - Install the updated translation: > perl translate install fr-FR -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. Staff member can see holds with place_holds permission and but via REST API it is blocked. Also a staff member can see and modify holds on patron's page without edit_borrowers permission. It would be great if we could also see the part number (245$n) and part name (245$p) in that view. These informations are available in the biblio table under part_name and part_number. I included a .mrc file with sample records of two series (MARC21). If you want to use your own records, search for or create records for a series that has the main title in 245$a and the volume number in 245$n and the volume title in 245$p. To test: 1. Download the sample records and import into Koha 1.1. Download the sample mrc file 1.2. In Koha staff interface, go to Tools > Stage MARC records for import 1.3. Click 'Browse' and choose the file 1.4. Click 'Upload file' 1.5. Click 'Stage for import' 1.6. Click 'Manage staged records' 1.7. Click 'Import this batch into the catalog' 2. Make sure OpacBrowseResults is enabled 2.1. In Koha staff interface, go to Administration > Global system preferences 2.2. Search for OpacBrowseResults 2.3. If necessary, change to 'enable' and click 'Save all OPAC preferences' 3. In OPAC, search for BFF and browse the results 3.1. In Koha OPAC, search for BFF 3.2. Click on one of the titles to access the opac-detail page 3.3.
