Indeed the permissions are on the plugin method : https://git.koha-community.org/Koha-community/Koha/src/commit/ac02c1d2adc88… But currently only exists tool and report and plugins create there own methods. To recreate: 1. Be sure OpacHoldNotes is set to allow. 2. Create a library called "Interoffice Delivery". 3. Sign into the OPAC and place a book on hold. 4. Select the pickup library as "Interoffice Delivery" No attention is drawn to the note field and it is not possible to make it required. In this scenario requiring the note field be filled out with address information would be useful. It is customary here to send things to the parent as C/O (care of), especially if it's by the mail. I was wondering if it was possible to make the guarantor information available in notices.
