One patron is retained and the other goes into deletedborrowers and that's it. If your basket is a standing order basket, then it cannot create items when ordering. Koha will allow you to pick "placing an order" for when to create items for a standing order basket, but then will not create the item. When creating a basket, we should not allow one to choose "placing an order" for "Create items when" if one has checked the Standing Order box. On /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/edifactmsgs.pl in the Details column the message will have the label 'Invoices' and this is hyperlinked to the invoices page (/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/invoices.pl) - see screenshot. This link always results in a failure as there isn't an invoice to match against.
