We could at least order them by plugin class to get more consistent results for running multiple plugins, not relying on installation order. A developer that needs execution in a certain order would be able to control that by class name. We should add it back, since there is no other way to access serials-search.pl than to do a search/empty search or the former link. (Maybe in the menu on the left since the new search bar doesn't really allow for such links...
