That's the same behavior on "Locations" dropdown list for serials. When a value is limited to a library if we're logging with a patron from another lib, the location value is empty and can be replaced. I copied the same logic as the submitted patch for 32748. It would be good to do the same for the regular renewal notice. Right now, patrons get a renewal notice if the RenewalSendNotice syspref is on and the patron is signed up for CHECKOUT notices, with RENEWAL just following the CHECKOUT preference. We could then branch an include template containing all strings in the page in a specific language à la Theke solutions (see https://gitlab.com/thekesolutions/plugins/koha-plugin-pay-via-paypal/-/blob…) The idea is to have Koha/Plugin/Com/Something/Superplugin/i18n with lang_dialect.inc files.
