https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=32020 Bug ID: 32020 Summary: Expired pages are still accessible Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: caroline.cyr-la-rose(a)inlibro.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org When creating a new page with the additional content page, there is a possibility of adding an 'expiration date' to the page, presumably for when the content of the page is not valid anymore. However, the link to that page is still valid after the page has expired. I wonder if the link should return an error page or 404 page or something like that. To test: 1. Go to Tools > Pages > New entry 2. Create a page with no expiry date 4. Access the link to the page in another tab 5. Click 'Edit' next to the page entry 6. Add an expiry date in the past to the entry --> It disappears from the list of pages 7. In the other tab, refresh the page --> It is still accessible -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 31329] New: Add ability to block all linked accounts when one account has been restricted

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=31329 Bug ID: 31329 Summary: Add ability to block all linked accounts when one account has been restricted Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com For some libraries, when using guarantor/guarantee relationships, they would like to see that blocks occur on the entire family. For example, if a guarantor/guarantee has been blocked either by an overdue process or a manual restriction- this block would be also placed on the other linked accounts. Once a restriction has been removed, the restrictions on all accounts would be removed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

We should change that. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 33121] New: Form labels not large enough
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Jan '26

05 Jan '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=33121 Bug ID: 33121 Summary: Form labels not large enough Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Templates Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: fridolin.somers(a)biblibre.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org In forms like OPAC personal details, the label may be bigger than the dedicated place. The label then overlaps the field. This happens for example in Dutch where 'Library card number' is 'Bibliotheekkaartnummer'. I see German translation on purpose uses shorter labels like 'Sekundäre Telefonnr.:'. Currently the CSS rule defines 9rem for labels. I've managed to rise, for OPAC personal details, to 14rem with the following rules : body#opac-patron-update fieldset.rows .label, fieldset.rows label { width: 14rem; } body#opac-patron-update fieldset.rows div.required_label.required { margin-left: 15rem; } body#opac-patron-update fieldset.rows div.label { width: 14rem; } I'm not sure it is enough to propose a patch on CSS rules. Waiting for feedbacks please. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 31102] New: Add granularity to serials to include permissions and visibility to subscriptions by branch
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Jan '26

05 Jan '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=31102 Bug ID: 31102 Summary: Add granularity to serials to include permissions and visibility to subscriptions by branch Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Serials Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org It would be nice for larger consortiums to only see and use their own serials in the Serials Module. The ability for granularity with serial permissions to accommodate consortium, including the ability for each branch/library to limit visibility to own serials data would be nice. In Acquisitions, there is a way to limit the funds/budgets to a specific branch, it would be nice to do the same here in the Serials Module. In addition, add permissions to include only editing/checking in your own library's serials. Currently, the permission lives in Serials for when a library uses Independent Branches. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 31761] New: Toolbar clarity and consistency

See https://github.com/jajm/koha-staff-interface-redesign/issues/26 for some discussion around this. I think we can still improve here.. Consistency wise and also overall contrast/clarity improvements. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 23752] New: Search all z39.50 / SRU targets and resource discovery layer / open link resolver from any ILL backend
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 02 Jan '26

02 Jan '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=23752 Bug ID: 23752 Summary: Search all z39.50 / SRU targets and resource discovery layer / open link resolver from any ILL backend Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 18.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: new feature Priority: P5 - low Component: ILL Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: niamh.walker-headon(a)it-tallaght.ie There needs to be additional options on the manage request screen irrespective on the ‘interface’ selected Koha/Koha, FreeForm or BL. This ‘Search’ button should be the first button on the row, and preferably pre-populate the search with the request metadata. This should then open a new tab or pop up window that presents the results to the staff member. This should be the 1. The locally appropriate resource discover layer and 2. The z39.50 targets set up on the system which already pop-up in the cataloguing module. Ideally the resource discovery layer and/or the open link resolver should searchable from within the manage request screen irrespective of interface so that subscription resources and open access materials can be located efficiently. When a patron submits an ILL via the opac, library staff in 'manage request' can't search for a provider from within the ILL functionality and have to go to other sources directly such as the resource discovery layer, and all the individual suppliers catalogues to identify a source. This an inefficient workflow and a significant increase in work load. Staff time wasted on ensuring item is the one required on inter-library loan as there is insufficient information on the current Koha to Koha screen, and no option at all to search from the freeform or bl backends, therefore the search must be repeated elsewhere. Th results presented should be be expanded to include edition and year, but preferably be configurable as it is for the z39.50 search in cataloguing it is currently difficult to identify the title that best matches the request. Please at least enable z39.50 searching for all targets set up on the system within ILL and not just for other koha sites. The addition of local availability from those targets would also be of value to our staff. Without more details returned on a search, library staff must go to the individual library catalogue to get more information on the title before placing the request. The current system results in Staff time wasted, user frustration, and ILL requests submitted for material already available to the user. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
