More and more Koha are being hosted in the "cloud" we should allow people to use the object storage offerings to store their uploaded files. This bug will add support for Openstack Swift, and Amazon S3 only, and only for files attached to biblios. The icons don't appear anymore. I though the issue was with the Unicode defined in _common.scss, and while replacing 'content: "\f067";' with 'content: "\2b";' works for the "plus" button, the "minus" button stays broken no matter what Unicode I plug in. We went back to "can_edit_item()" where we should have kept "can_edit_items_from( item.homebranch )". This causes an error when trying to do an item search in the staff interface: "Template process failed: undef error - The method Koha::Patron->can_edit_item is not covered by tests!"
