If you set it to Don't Show, it hides the phone number and name, only displaying the card number. The decision to show phone number in the holds queue should not be dependent on not showing the patron name. One such entry was: [Tue Jan 9 03:54:58 2018] starman: Use of uninitialized value $overdues_count in numeric gt (>) at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/opac/opac-main.pl line 76. The $overdues_count was set by a call to checkoverdues. Reading the code I noticed someone actually commented: # returning the count and the results is silly So, this is a refactor of the function and all the calls. Especially for countries that use decimal comma this can lead to problems. At the moment Koha only accepts decimal point and a wrongly entered value might get turned from 1,00 to 100 or similar easily. Until we can fix the input formats properly, we should extend the pattern check to fields in the acq module I think. We had migrated from a Bibliocommons system to Koha. In that previous system, our patrons had the ability to create a "for later" list that they could populate with books that they wished to read at a later time. When they did finally end up checking those items out, it was removed from their list. As a work around, I suggested that the patron put the item on a suspended hold and unsuspend it when they are ready for the book. We do not have purchase suggestions turned on on the OPAC. We have permissions set so that they can manage purchase suggestions, but do not have any acquisitions module permissions set. Unless I'm mistaken, the only route to access the purchase suggestion form through the staff client is through the acquisitions module, but if these users have no acquisitions permissions, they do not have the acquisitions page link available on the Koha homepage.
