I also think we could have the drop down available on the parameters page when running the report the first time. If you have a report you know that would run well and could be completely shown with more rows, why not have the option to initially set it differently than the default? The LIMIT command in SQL is okay and works for actually limiting the total number of results, but does weird things if you specify a number larger than 20. My justification for this line is that we would prefer to send an item to a patron whose home library is the same is the item's home library, assuming that patron will return the item at that library, thus reducing transportation costs. I will not argue here if this is a good feature or not. Bug 31557 makes in configurable, but perhaps it should have an 'off' feature as well. This feature does not make sense when using the transport cost matrix. We get the lowest cost branch, and then if the branches don't match we just move on the the "fall back to basics code". Currently, in ERM for example, 11 different AV categories are used, so 11 requests are necessary. Even if lazy-loaded, these are too many requests. Would be cool to have an AV api endpoint that accepts a list of AV codes and retrieves the values of the codes provided.
