It is all or nothing. This tab is useless if there are no patron lists. Plus, it's completely empty, so it looks like a bug. We should not show this tab if there are no patron lists in the system. To get there: 1. Make sure there are no patron lists in the system (Tools > Patron lists) 2. Go to a patron record --> At the bottom of the page, there is a 'Patron lists' tab 3. This did not change the default sort of the table, it only prepended local items to the top of the table. Now with pagination this is more difficult ( impossible? ) to do with jQuery.
