[Bug 27937] New: Date of birth entered without correct format causes internal server error
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 12 Oct '24

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27937 Bug ID: 27937 Summary: Date of birth entered without correct format causes internal server error Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 20.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: bwsdonna(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com In 20.05 when a birthdate is entered in patron registration form (memberentry.pl) incorrectly, and save button is clicked, you receive an Internal Server Error and all the data is lost. To recreate: 1. Add new patron 2. Enter birthdate as 2/11/1986 3. Complete required fields 4. Save 5. Get ISE Yes, the text below the birthdate does specify MM/DD/YYYY but an incorrect entry should not cause all the data entered to be lost. Perhaps a warning instead that the birthdate format is incorrect? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=24879 --- Comment #38 from Marcel de Rooy <m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl> --- These scripts were adjusted: cataloguing/value_builder/barcode.pl | 10 ++++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/barcode_manual.pl | 10 ++++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/dateaccessioned.pl | 10 ++++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/marc21_field_005.pl | 10 ++++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/marc21_field_245h.pl | 12 +++++++++++- cataloguing/value_builder/marc21_field_260b.pl | 10 ++++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/marc21_orgcode.pl | 9 +++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/stocknumber.pl | 9 +++++++++ cataloguing/value_builder/upload.pl | 10 ++++++++++ But note that the remaining perl scripts here should also be adjusted actually. Just checking if get_template_and_user (a.o.) is present in the launcher sub is not sufficient ! The check $line =~ m|^[^#]*$routine| would already approve a lingering (but unused) statement like "use C4::Auth qw(get_template_and_user);". -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=31330 Bug ID: 31330 Summary: Branchcode used for routing preview can be wrong Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: jonathan.druart+koha(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Noticed when working on bug 31318, and discussed on IRC http://irc.koha-community.org/koha/2022-08-09#i_2443598 It seems that we adding/modifying the hold using the holdingbranch of the serial item published first. If no item is created (or no holdingbranch), we are using the subscription.branchcode Shouldn't we use the branchcode of the issue we previously created (if an item exist) instead of the first published one? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 37300] New: Unable to modify certain items in biblio detail page
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 11 Oct '24

11 Oct '24

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=37300 Bug ID: 37300 Summary: Unable to modify certain items in biblio detail page Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: emmi.takkinen(a)koha-suomi.fi QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl Bug 33568 introduced use of REST API to display items on biblio detail page. Because changes made in the bug ability to modifying item is now tied to items hold library when previously this was based on if patrons home library and items home library match. This happens even if patron is superlibrarian or syspref IndependentBranches is turned off. To reproduce: 1. Find biblio with items from library A and B. 2. Change one items holding branch to branch C (either manually from database or transfer item through Koha). 3. Note that you can no longer modify this item. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.
